Based in Georgia USA, Mark has over 40 years of experience in the restoration and cleaning industry. He has worked his way up from a carpet and upholstery cleaning technician to being the Vice President and owner of a disaster restoration company since 2021. Mark is also a seasoned consultant for large loss projects. In 2011, Mark began teaching IICRC-approved classes and, by 2015, had established his own approved IICRC school.
He travels extensively to teach in the US, Canada, and Australia. Mark is an IICRC Triple Master and is certified to instruct multiple IICRC courses, including AMRT, CCT, FSRT, OCT, TCST, and WRT. He also teaches Health and Safety courses. Mark has published numerous articles in trade journals and spoken at industry conferences. He serves on several IICRC committees and co-chairs the OCT, as well as the S540 and S320.
Mark is a blackbelt in Taekwondo and has volunteered as a firefighter and an EMT-I for many years. He is also a qualified NPQ Fire Instructor 1. Mark’s passion for the restoration industry remains strong, and he is committed to shaping the future of IICRC and its registrants.

Based in Brisbane, Australia - Chris started in the cleaning and restoration industry almost 20 years ago. He has gained knowledge and sought out professional training in Australia and the United States, obtaining high distinctions in many certificates. Chris's main core value is providing a high level of customer service and satisfaction.He has gained Water Loss Specialist (WLS) certification through the RIA, additionally is IICRC Certified Master Water Restorer, Master Fire & Smoke Restorer, Master Textile Cleaner.In 2024 Chris became an IICRC approved instructor and started the Clean and Restore Institute, Training Australia-wide. He brings passion along with a friendly disposition, keen to share knowledge in Australia and New Zealand.
