Vanguard 23 HP Air Cooled Engine – Bigger engine size means less wear and tear and greater Vacuum CFM. The 23HP has an oil cooler and 5 more HP than other models in its price range. It’s a more powerful and more reliable engine.

Competitor 4005TL Vacuum Blower means more air movement and more CFM. In addition it utilizes a tri-lobe vs a bi-lobe blower which makes operation much quieter, smoother, and more reliable. Helical gear splash lube tri-lobe blower produces 350+ CFM resulting in faster drying carpet and hard surface floors.

Stainless Steel low fin density heat exchanger/thermal accumulator makes the heat exchanger more robust, reduces maintenance intervals and is and less prone to freezing. Allows the truckmount to increase working PSI up to 2000psi.

Uses the superior General Solution Pump typically used on truckmounts costing thousands more. Creates solution pressure up to 2000psi. More robust, longer lasting, less service and maintenance.

High PSI chemical pump does not need diaphragm changes meaning less service and maintenance. Cerakote Exhaust Coating on all exhaust components and is known for its high heat resistance, corrosion protection, and thermal insulation properties.
